​Delivery:

HOME DELIVERY times might take 3-7 working days depending on the delivery area.

You can receive your order at your chosen address (home, work or a drop point).

 We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order is going to leave the warehouse, finally the courier will contact you via SMS, phone call or e-mail to notify you when your order will be delivered.

We offer the following methods of payment in our stores VISA, MasterCard & Cash. We offer Cash On Delivery in online shopping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Dear customer :

Online orders can be returned or exchanged by invoice within 14 days from Dandy branches.

The returned or exchanged item must be in its original condition.

​Please note that it is not allowed to open the shipment or return it with the same courier.​
